We are happy to accept an exchange or refund of your online purchase within 14 days from receipt of garment, if the following conditions are met:

• Returned garments must be accompanied by a copy of your receipt and order number.
• The garments must be returned in their original condition, unused and unwashed with all tags still attached.
• We will try our best to exchange the garment as requested, however if the garment is out of stock, we will refund you the garment cost instead.
• We do not refund the shipping costs for orders outside of Australia.

Refunds will be made in the same manner as original payment. Your credit will be processed upon receipt, inspection and verification of the returned garments.

We recommend sending the returned garment via Australia Parcel Post to ensure safe and documented delivery.

We dispatch your goods within 3-5 business days (in Melbourne, Australia).

If you pre-order a garment, we will let you know the estimated delivery time.

Within Australia all goods are sent via Australia Post from Melbourne on regular delivery and will be charged at a flat rate of $10.

Purchases of $500 and over receive free shipping.

Your order will require a signature upon delivery by Australia Post. To guarantee delivery, we recommend you use an address where there will be someone to receive it between 9am - 5pm.

International orders are charged at a flat rate of $30 shipping charge.

Please Note: International purchases may be subject to customs clearance. Very Very cannot be held responsible for any possible duties or taxes in the country where delivery is made. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
